The purpose of this research is to give some backgounds to the profile appearances and practices that do not comply with Islamic law. This is not limited to the large number of these appearances, but also to stand on these appearances and to know the view of Islamic law on it overlooking the statistics and numbers and its impact upon the Islamic community  as an entity. These ideologies have its aspects and connotations from which to judge that this behaviour and this thought is not one of the characteristics of Islamic law, but the influence and ideology that came along with the outsider who entered the Islamic nations and affect the Muslims. This has led to an imbalance in the morals and influence the right and proper understanding of Islamic law. In this research the researcher followed two approaches, firstly; inductive approach where they were to extrapolate the views of ulama’ and scholars and literature related to the subject with reference to forensic evidence from the Quran and the Sunnah, and secondly; the analytical approach in terms of reference to the linguistic meanings and idiomatic and analyse the views of intellectuals and scholars.Among the prior outcomes of this research pointed out that these ideologies will defect in the absolute faith, disintegration of the family and claim for absolute freedom.

تدور فكرة هذا البحث بإعطاء نبذة عن مظاهر وممارسات لا تتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية وهذا ليس على سبيل الحصر لكثرة هذه المظاهر وإنما للوقوف على هذه المظاهر ومعرفة نظرة الشريعة تجاهها، بعيدة عن الإحصاءات والأرقام، وأثرها على كيان الأمة الإسلامية، فللمذاهب الفكرية مظاهر ودلالات يمكن من خلالها الحكم على أن هذا السلوك وهذا الفكر ليس من خصائص الشريعة الإسلامية وإنما هي دخيلة دخلت على الأمة الإسلامية وأثرت على المسلمين مما أدى إلى حدوث خلل في أخلاقهم وتأثرت المفهوم الصحيح والسليم للشريعة الإسلامية. وقد انتهج الباحث في هذا البحث منهجين وهما الاستقرائي حيث تم استقراء آراء العلماء والفقهاء والمؤلفات ذات الصلة بهذا الموضوع مع الرجوع إلى الأدلة الشرعية من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، والمنهج التحليلي من حيث الرجوع للمعاني اللغوية والاصطلاحية وتحليل آراء المفكرين والفقهاء. ومن أهم ما توصل إليه الباحث أن هذه المذاهب الفكرية تؤدي إلى خلل في العقيدة الصحيحة، وتفكك في الأسرة وأيضا المطالبة بالحرية المطلقة.
