The Impact Of E-Government Implementation On Quality Of Service And Beneficiary Satisfaction At The Office Of The Minister Of State In Dhofar Governorate, Sultanate Of Oman

Abstract

This paper discusses the impact of the application of e-government quality and its dimensions and its impact on the satisfaction of beneficiaries in the Office of the Minister of State in Dhofar Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in its applications, which is part of an extensive study carried out by the researcher. The problem of the study is that e-government does not apply to the quality of services and its impact on the satisfaction of beneficiaries in the office of the Minister of State in Dhofar Governorate in Oman because of the many obstacles and challenges that prevent the implementation of e-government. Of the Office of the Minister of State in the Governorate of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman, and the presence of deficiencies in the Office of the Minister of State in Dhofar Sultanate of Oman in the application of the service objectives of e-government, so the research aims to discuss e-government and dimensions. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method, and discussed the subject in two sections. One of the main findings was that the use and application of e-government must be consistent with the expectations of employees and the needs of service recipients.

ناقشت هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة أثر تطبيق جودة الحكومة الإلكترونية وأبعادها، وأثرها في رضا المستفيدين في مكتب وزير الدولة بمحافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان في تطبيقيه، وهي جزء من دراسة موسعة يقوم بها الباحث. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في عدم تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية جودة الخدمات وأثرها في رضا المستفيدين في مكتب وزير الدولة بمحافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان، لأسباب منها: وجود العديد من المعوقات والتحديات، التي تحول دون تفعيل تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية، وهذه الحكومة الإلكترونية غير فعالة في بعض الولايات والأقسام التابعة لمكتب وزير الدولة بمحافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان، ووجود قصور في مكتب وزير الدولة بمحافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان في تطبيق خدمة أهداف الحكومة الإلكترونية، لذلك يهدف البحث إلى مناقشة الحكومة الإلكترونية وأبعادها. وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وناقش الموضوع في مبحثين. ومن أبرز النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن استخدام الحكومة الإلكترونية وتطبيقها يجب أن يتوافق مع توقعات الموظفين وحاجات متلقي الخدمة.
